75ml Pussers Navy Rum
50ml cranberry juice
orange peal
4x fresh raspberries
25ml lime juice
pinch salt
25ml egg white

Method: Blowtorch the orange outer skin until blackened,add to the rest of the ingredients and muddle, then shake with cubed ice. Fine strain
Glass: Whisky style tumbler
Garnish: Orange Curl and fresh raspberries on a stick and a spray of Peyshuads Bitters
