50ml brandy
25ml Grand Marnier
8x dashes Angustora bitters
1x cinnamon stick
2x star anise
4x Cardamom Pods
Peal of 1/2 lemon

Method: Muddle all the ingredients, shake with cubed ice and fine strain
Glass: Small wine style glass
Garnish: Squeeze the oils from a slice of lemon peal and spray some dry vermouth
