50ml Tanqueray Rangpur gin
75ml Red Bull
25ml egg white
12.5ml Cinnamon syrup
Orange peal
1x star anise
2x dashes angustora bitters
3x cloves
4x cardamom pods

Method: Add the spices to the gin, Muddle and fine strain. Add this now infused gin along with everything else to a shaker. Shake with cubed ice. Fine strain
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Flame of orange and a single star anise
